DIRECTOR OF HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES-30-50K. Will report to Administrator-CFO.
1-5 years of experience in all facets of Medical Records. A computer
conversion is in process. Knowledge of MEDITECH. Upgrade department
within budget. Responsible for all aspects of HI Management along with
Medical Staff coordinating and credentialing functions. Advise and interact
with financial area. (MLB)
BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER-35-45K. Will report to CFO. Prefers 2-5 years in areas
of management. Responsible for the direction of a fast paced collections
and insurance department. Includes Medicare and Medicaid billing. Knowledge
of Federal regulations and compliance. MEDITECH system is a plus. (MLB)
DRG COORDINATOR-30-42K. Will report to Case Management Director. 1-4 years
of experience in an acute care hospital. No on line reporting. Work
with the department to ensure the highest possible reimbursements to
the Hospital. Responsible for DRG's and education, encoding software,
Codemaster, etc. (MLB)
OFFICE MANAGER-48-58K. Will report to Controller. Prefers at least 2
years of experience in business office or clinic setting. Responsible
for the hospital and clinics. Duties include: patient accounting, billing
,data processing; Will work claims, collections and maximize reimbursements.
MEDICAL CHARGE ANALYST-38-45K. Will report to the Controller. Prefers 1-3 years
of clinical experience with hospital charging experience. Knowledge
of 3rd party reimbursement, computer skills, good interpersonal and
communication skills. Need a working a working knowledge of hospital
charges and interact effectively at all levels. (MLB)
OF UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT-45-56K. Reports to Vice President-Fiscal.
Must have at least 3-5 years clinical-2 years of Utilization. Must be
able to make clinical judgments in order to assist med staff manage
daily operations UM Department, manages the preregistration, verify
insurance of all outpatients, Manage the 3rd party payor on site reviews,
serves as an active member of hospital Discharge Planning Committee.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES-58-87K. Current Director has been promoted. Directly
supervise 3 FTE's all other FTE's are supervised by the Manager of HR
which is under this position. Candidate should be bilingual. Masters
preferred but is not required.
DIRECTOR OF PATIENT FINANCIAL-47-70K. Compliance with all federal and state regulations--Monitors
and reports on all accounts maintained by hospital's collections agency---Bachelors
Degree in Finance, Accounting OR related field required---5+ yrs Health
Care financial mgmt/reimbursement exp, OR 3+ yrs exp and 5+ yrs non-health
care financial management.
