Air Fryer Oven PorkTenderloin
Whenyou get a new kitchen gadget, you’re waiting for that moment, when the food isgood it blows your mind. That time when you wish you had bought that kitchengadget many years ago and regret not eating with it sooner.
Wellthis is me with the Air Fryer Oven and making Air Fryer Oven Pork Tenderloin.
Our airfryer oven pork tenderloin is about our 8th meal in the Power AirFryer Oven and surprised us by what a foodgasm it gave us.
It wasalso one of those naughty adult moments when you keep picking at the food inthe kitchen and can’t physically cope with waiting until you’re sat down at thedining table to tuck in.
The airfryer pork tenderloin was just TOO GOOD.
Air Fryer PorkTenderloin Slices
Once we had got our air fryer pork tenderloin out of the airfryer oven, dominic expertly sliced up the pork into delicious air fryer porktenderloin slices.
Here they are before we got greedy:
Problem was we tried one and then another and then another. It was just so tasty. We told Kyle (our 18-year-old that eats the most in ourhouse) that pork shrinks and that we would have to each have small portions.
Don’t tell Kyle our secret!
When you serve up your air fryer pork tenderloin you coulddo so as lovely slices like we have done. That way you can turn your pork tenderloinslices into pork sandwiches, serve on a salad or just eat as it is with a roastdinner.
Or even better with air fryer potatoes!
Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin And Potatoes
That brings me to the next thing and that is serving your air fryer pork tenderloin with potatoes. They go so well together and thanks to the size of an air fryer oven you can easily cook them together thanks to the extra space that you have.
How we planned it when we cooked our air fryer pork tenderloinand potatoes was to cook the potatoes on one shelf and then the pork tenderloinand sliced apple on the other. It then gave you the opportunity to do quite alot of potatoes rather than just a handful.
Perfect for us Milners when we are feeding 5 of us forlunch.
How To Air FryPork Tenderloin?
It is so easy to air fry pork tenderloin. I think ofit like when you use a regular oven and do a sheet pan dinner, or a traybakelike we call it in Europe.
- You simply decorate your air fryer oven trays with what you plan to cook and then slot them into the air fryer oven.
- I started the process by first making the marinade that the pork, apple and potatoes would be cooking in.
- Then I added in the prepped apple and potatoes as well as the pork tenderloin.
- It is then loaded into the air fryer oven trays and cooks on a medium temperature.
There is not much more to it, other than making sure thatthe food cooks evenly. As food at the top of the air fryer oven cooks fastest,so you need to remember this when cooking several things at once.
Also, if your potatoes are chunky like air fryer potato wedges they will need longer. I recommend you place the potatoes into the air fryer 5 minutes before the other tray and it gives your air fryer potatoes a head start. Or you can add it at the end whilst you are slicing your pork.
Air Fryer PorkTenderloin Temp & Time?
For my air fryer oven pork tenderloin, I cook it at amedium temperature. That way you don’t have dry pork tenderloin but a moistpork dish that is full of flavour that you just want to eat it all day andevery day.
I recommend that you follow a medium temperature like we didof 180c and that you cook your air fryer pork tenderloin for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
Kitchen Gadgets:
Recipe Ingredients:
- 600 g Pork Tenderloins
- 2 Small Apples
- 4 Medium Potatoes
Marinade:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tsp Pork Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper
Metric – Imperial
Instructions
Slice your apples and potatoes.
In a bowl mix your marinade.
Toss your pork and apple in the marinade and place on your first air fryer oven tray. Sprinkle the top of the pork in salt and pepper.
Toss your potatoes in the marinade and place on another tray.
Place your trays in the air fryer oven, making sure the potatoes are higher up than the pork as they take longer to cook.
Set the time to 30 minutes at 180c/360f.
Halfway through cooking swap the trays around so that the pork has chance to crisp up and using a tablespoon pour over a bit of the marinade juices that is in the bottom of the pork tray.
Serve with extra marinade juices over the pork and potatoes.
Notes
We cooked our Air Fryer pork tenderloin in an air fryer oven, but this recipe can also be used for the regular air fryer, you will just need to place your air fryer pork tenderloin over your potatoes.
Our 2 pork tenderloins that we used both weighed approximately 400g each and were purchased from the supermarket. If you are looking for quality heritage pork you could order your pork tenderloin online at Butcher Box.
The skin from the potatoes and apple make the pork tenderloin even better, so don’t peel your potatoes and apples.
The marinade that has come off the pork and is at the bottom of the pork tray is truly delicious. Pour a bit of it during cooking back over the pork and I recommend adding a little over the potatoes and pork once it is cooked.
