  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken breasts and coat in salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and sage so both sides are well seasoned.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for 7 to 8 minutes, then flip. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
